Thank You

Dear Sgt Thomas Muir, Thank you for your service as an Armor Reconnaissance Specialist. Your 80th birthday is in 4 days, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the Last Week of Advent, which is love. Christmas is soon, Merry Christmas. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear SGT Thomas Wilson Muir, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter

We did not forget!!

Uncle Tommy,

Please do not think our family forgot the day of the family's tragic loss and the ulitimate sacriface you gave for your country. Your brother-in-law, my father, whom you two never had the honor of meeting each other, had to undergo a triple bypass on the same day of your passing. I knew that you were watching over your sister and the rest of us, along with your nephews up there with you, and that you would not let anything happen to your little sister's husband and our father. Daddy served for 27 years and you watched out for him just like you are for my brothers up there with you. I'm praying that it will be far into the future but one day you two heroes will finally meet, shake hands and you can hug the brother you never met. We love you Uncle Tommy. You will never be forgotten. Keep watching over your nephews and us down here. Your amongst angels and daddy needs all the prayers and blessings you and my brothers can send down to come through this unscathed. Sending all my love to 3 special men up above.
