Tom was one of the BEST Marines I served with in Charlie CO. 1st. Bn. 4th. Marines. We had served together for 7months before Tom was killed. Tom was a machine gunner along with George Hughes his A gunner. When ever you needed fire power just call on those two. Tom was LOVED AND RESPECTED by everyone in Charlie Co. After he was killed on LZ Loon, Charlie Co. was never the same. Rest in Peace my Brother. Sgt. Terry Tillery
