According to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) website at the below link, former MIA Major Burke Henderson Morgan, USAFA class of 1961, was accounted for on 23 November 2005:

As of the latest DPAA update (29 May 2020), Major Morgan is one of 1,050 Americans accounted for in Southeast Asia from the Vietnam War.

Of the USAFA's 151 Vietnam War Fallen Heroes, there are 42 USAFA graduates still MIA. They are a small portion of the 1,587 Americans still MIA in SEA:

On the date of his loss, 22 August 1967, Captain Steadman was the pilot of an A-26A Invader aircraft from the 606th Air Commando Squadron on an armed reconnaissance mission over enemy transportation routes in Laos. While in MIA status, the U.S. Air Force promoted Capt. Morgan with his contemporaries to Major. The other crewman on the mission, Maj. John Kerr, remains MIA.
