CMSGT Moore, I had the Honor to meet your Daughter this past June during the National Allience of Families Conf in Washington DC. Sir let me tell you, you would be proud of her, she is everything a Lady should be. She is a Fighter for what is right, She Loves her Dady and wants to find out the Truth of what happend. she wants to make srue this doesn't happen again.
Sir, while her and I were going thhrough OUR Dads file we came across something in YOUR file. My Fathers Mission Briefing, now sir, why would a USAF Non-Com have a Naval Aviator's mission breifing his his file.
Sir you are not forgotten, Diane and I will make sure that the Government and the Public does not forget what happend to our POW/MIA's.
Agian Sir Thank you for What you Belived in, this GREAT Country and Volunteering to go to VN only 18 months before your 20yr retirement. YOu are not Forgotten.
Sincerely,
Chris Rich
Proud son of Capt. Richard Rich MIA/USN

Greeting from a Child

together and happy. I'm sorry that you never got to see your children
grow up, and meet your grandchildren. I think of you daily and miss you
the same. Ressie
