Avation Fire Control Technician VF143
My name is Len Brzozowski. I was a shipmate of Ron’s. I was an Aviation Fire Control Technician (AQF2) in Fighter Squadron VF143. Ron and I worked on the flight deck of the USS Constellation CVA64 debriefing flight crews about their weapons systems as they returned from their missions. Ron was a great tech and really loved working on one of the Navy’s most advanced fighter aircraft. We spent a lot of time together troubleshooting the weapons systems and getting the planes ready for their next mission. He was really a great and well respected guy. He was and is truly missed.
I have made a number of trips to Washington DC and have spent some time at the Vietnam Memorial. I have looked up his name and have said a prayer for him and his family.
I can not imagine how much pain his loss has caused the people that loved him.
My wife and I would like to offer our condolences to his family and to all the Gold Star families that have sacrificed so much.
