Thank You

Dear CPO Harry Mitchell, Thank you for your service as a Senior Chief Torpedoman's Mate on the USS LONG BEACH. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Halloween. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Be at peace.

Always a part of my heart

I still carry the memory of the day they came to my door to speak to me about your disappearance. A part of me died then. We had so many plans and dreams and they live on in my heart. I believe your spirit is alive and I hope you know you are loved forever and a day until we meet again. You were an amazing young man with a smile to light up the room.
