Thank You
Dear Lt Ronald Miller, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander with the 1st Cavalry. Tomorrow is your 79th birthday, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Halloween is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Never forgotten
GARRYOWEN
We are the pride of the Army
and a regiment of great renown,
Our name’s on the pages of history.
From sixty-six on down.
If you think we stop or falter
While into the fray we’re going
Just watch the steps with our heads erect,
While our band plays Garryowen.
“Chorus”
In the Fighting Seventh’s the place for me,
Its the cream of all the Cavalry;
No other regiment ever can claim
Its pride, honor, glory and undying fame.

My Uncle
I never had the honor of meeting my uncle but my father looked up to his big brother as any son would his own father....as I did mine. I want to just thank you all for your service and continued service by not letting men like my uncle Ronnie not just become a tally mark in a casualty count. My father passed in Oct of 2015 and since I've learned more of my Miller history than ever before and alot from men and women like yourselves that have shared info or just memories. My utmost gratitude to all of you.... Rory Alan Miller [email protected]
