honoring you....
War drew us from our homeland
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always.
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always.

Thank You
Dear Sgt Douglas Miller, Thank you for your service as a Tank Crewman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Columbus Day. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

FUJIMO
I was in the sme Plt as Doug sometimes on the same tank From April of 1964 ("C" Company 1st tanks . While at Camp Pendelton used to spend weekends sleeping on my Mom's living room floor.went to Okie a month apart to the same plt again. Then we went to Viet Nam 1st Plt. "B" Company 3rd tanks. Both of us went home the spring of 66 and came back To "B" CO.on hill 55. I think of Doug almost every day. The name painted on his gun tube was "FUJIMO" .When I later got my own tank I called it "FUJIMO ll" in Dougs honor of Doug. He was a very close friend and missed.
