In honor of my first cousin

I'm thinking about you and the upcoming date that you were killed. You were a very brave and smart, handsome young man. Our family was so upset about what happened to you. Your Aunt Bethel, my mother had asked you not to join the Marines because everyone said that you would be a soldier that would be one of the first to go into combat. You said that you really wanted to go. So many people were sad that you were taken away so young, age 19 almost 20. Every February 7th I think about you and the ultimate sacrifice of your life that you made. CHUCKIE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE OUR AMERICAN HERO. REST IN PEACE SWEETHEART. I LOVE YOU, your cousin Ruth Ranelle Northcraft

Thank You

Dear Cpl Charles Miller, Thank you for your service as an ACFT CNE Systems Tech. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Columbus Day Weekend. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
