Thank You for Your Ultimate Sacrifice
I never met you, but know of you through my Mother, Barbara Stevenson. You were her first love and you two were married just before you were sent to Vietnam. She spoke of what a good, Christian man you were, your brief marriage and of your death in Vietnam.
Thank you for your service to our Nation and the American people. Although, your time on this earth was short, your sacrifice is not forgotten.

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
