honoring you....

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Thank You

Dear Cpl John Martin, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. The 51st anniversary of the start of your tour is in 3 days. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Father’s Day just passed, and it’s summer. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Heart Humbled Thanks

I was never in the war, But my own Father was a 3 Tour Vietnam Veteran who also earned four Purple Hearts and was a Victim of Agent Orange. I also suffered many years of abuse aftrer his Return. But I am still here to say tho Mr. Martin's Family Thank You for your Sacrifice of your dearly loved one. If not for him and others like him I would not have the Freedoms I have today. To me, they are Gifts, Not Rights. I do not make Demands as I know that my Freedoms were signed on the Dotted Line with another's blood. Thank you, Martin Family, for allowing Him to fight in my honor even though I was not yet born. *Salute*
