According to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) website at the below link, the MIA status of Captain Duane Whitney Martin, United States Air Force, is ACTIVE PURSUIT:

As of the latest DPAA update (30 December 2021) CPT Martin is one of 1,584 Americans still unaccounted for in Southeast Asia from the Vietnam War:

* While in MIA status, the U.S. Air Force promoted 1st Lt Martin to Captain along with his Air Force contemporaries until the Presumptive Finding of Death (PFoD) in his case.

MIA Captain Duane Whitney Martin, United States Air Force, has his name chiseled into one of the "Courts of the Missing" (Vietnam War Court, Court "A" (Air Force)) at the Honolulu Memorial in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii.
