Charles A. Bedsole

It's July 4th, 2023. My wife and visit the Veterans cemetery on important dates. We choose to adopt a fallen soldier and today it was Charles A. Bedsole, whose headstone we came upon. He was killed in Vietnam in 1968. We sorely need young men like him today. God bless you, Mr. Bedsole. You're remembered.

Saw Name on Wall

I do not know this brave young man, but I took my kids to see the Moving Vietnam Wall in Harrisonville, MO today and had asked for help in looking up the name of a soldier who was the neighbor boy of my grandparents. I was mistakenly given the location of Charles A. Bedsole on the wall. This man has been in my thoughts ever since; I was interested in the person behind the name, so I looked his name up online after we got home. Thank you, Charles, for your service to our country, and many prayers for your family.
