Always Remembered

Sonny, as we in the squad called you, it is Veterans Day. Doesn’t matter if you’re with us or God , you are a Veteran my brother and you are missed. Will see your sister Pam at Vietnam tree lighting in December at Doylestown. Always look forward to seeing her and your family.

My Brother, Renny

Thinking of you today as I do every day. Sorry you had to make the ultimate sacrifice to keep our country safe. I often wonder what our life’s would be like with you here with us. I know I would be enjoying your wonderful laugh.
I looked at my post from last November about that keep safe thing didn’t make sense. I meant to say I found the letters you had sent me & all the letters I sent to you that were returned in a safe place. I was finally able to read your letters & shared them with Doug at the Tree ceremony last December. It was hard for both of us. I’ll be there again this year & shout out when your name is read & Jacki, Doug & I hang the heart on the tree “That’s my brother, Renny”.

My Brother Renny

Remembering you this Thanksgiving Day. Today should have been your 74th birthday.
At least we had 19 years in this world together. We’ll see each other again in heaven.
Recently In found safe place I put them for keepsake. I still can’t read them yet. I just hold them for now.
Always in my heart, Pam
