Dear Sgt Richard Littleton, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is another spring, but like none other. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

The war may be forgotten but the warrior will always be remembered !!!! All gave Some-Some gave All. Rest in peace Richard. :-(

I was born about 7 years after his death. I think we would have had a lot in common Uncle Rich. I will see you on the other side fellow warrior.

Being a Sergeant myself and being in the same Company, Rich quickly became a friend during my first month in Vietnam. I will never forget that horrible July 4th event at the Pacified Village. I was relieved to hear you got your wish. We all missed your smile, humor and presence.
