Platoon Sgt Lewis: I have often thought of you over the years and your consistently perfect example of what a good soldier should be, both in dress and conduct. I will never forget you telling your beautiful family goodbye at the dock as our ship left for Vietnam. My heart goes out to them at their loss of such a great man. I look forward to the day when I see you again and can personally thank you for your sacrifice!
