To my uncle from your niece
Uncle Jimmy, I was 10 years old when you passed and I still remember everything about that day. You were so loved by your family. I was working with a Vietnamese doctor 50 years later and I told him all about you and he wanted to know where you were killed. He told me that you were killed defending his town in Vietnam when he was trying to leave with his family . He cried and thanked me for your service. I think about you often and I’m so honored that you my uncle are a hero.
