Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from your sister Ruth is touching and reflects her admiration and respect for you. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us….

We grew up running through the woods free as the squirrels. We were inseparable until 1966 when I left for the USAF and you left for the US Army. I didn't get to come home for Europe for your funeral. Didn't get to say goodbye. See you soon in heaven! Love you much.

Dear Sp4 Fletcher Lewis, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Spring! It is Holy Week, and Passover starts tonight. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

To all those young men who gave their lives for my freedom....thank you. My sweet and beautiful brother Fletcher will always be missed and in my heart.

I was there when you were hit. Did not have enough time to get to know you. I came in country Jan 12th 1968. I have thought about that day for almost 49 years it is always on my mind. May God hold and comfort you.
