Thank You

Dear PFC Armand Lesage, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 52nd anniversary is in 3 days, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Spring! For many of us, we have begun Lent. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

To my uncle I never met.

Dear Uncle Armand.
I never had the honor of meeting you. You made the ultimate sacrifice for our country before I was born. I know that my mother loved you very much and mourns the life you never had. You inspired her to dedicate he own life to serving this country. Rest in peace.
On this Memorial Day with Love,
Michele

Good person

Armand was in my machine gun squad on hill 861. He and Dennis Mutz were in the same team. Dennis was killed soon after Armand.
Armand was a very good person.
I think he was married but have no details
You are not forgotten

Remembering An American Hero

Dear PFC Armand Paul Lesage, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
