REMEMBRANCES

LEFT FOR BRIT P LEMMONS

My Little Brother, Brit Lemmons

Being nine years older, I thought Brit was also my child. He had a sweet disposition and smile. While I was in nursing school, he baked cookies and mailed them. Classmates living on my dorm wing watched for his packages.

Brit was faithful to write brief notes and come home at intervals. I still miss him and our conversations.

While in Da Nang, Brit supported an orphenage by helping on weekends as he was able.

Old Friend

Brit, You never got the chance to be an old friend, but you were a young hero. We shared the first 20 some-odd years together and I have spent the last 40 remembering your service. Thanks for what you did.

With Love

Dear Brit,
I never knew you personally, but my mom, Laurie Lott (Rowe)has said a lot about you. You seemed to have certainly made an impression on those you loved. Your mother Estelle has certainly been a light to all those she has met. She has not only been a joy but also a beacon, and embodiment of Christ's unfailing love. We all miss you greatly and we patiently await the day when we will once again be united in Christ. May you know that your family is well and that we all love and honor each other, you, and God.

In the unfailing love of Christ,
Adam Carver Lott
Your Great Nephew
