You are not forgotten

Earnest Beam was in my squad when he first arrived in Vietnam. I think of him often especially, on the patrols we made near DaNang. Rest in Peace, my brother. You are not forgotten!!!

We were in the same platoon in Vietnam

Earnest Beam was in my squad until he was transferred to HQ Alpha Co. I still remember Sgt Bray telling me that Beam had been killed. We were on a blocking operation a few miles from where he died.
You are not forgotten.
