Thank You

Dear PFC Daniel Ledin, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Spring! For many of us, we have begun Lent. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear PFC Daniel Bing Ledin, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter

The Soldier's Soldier's and great friend

Dan, I still hear your voice as you and I look to the right and we both see the bunker, on June 3, 1969. I have never forgotten the entire day and how it ended. You know I pray for you, and Andy daily. Nor what you said, No Ernie, you are the Platoon RTO, I will check it out. Then chaos. I know you are resting in Peace and we thank you for bringing so many from our platoon together when we visited your final earthly resting place.
We love you and miss you!
Ernie
