I remember when you came home from your first tour of duty in Nam. You told me you volunteered to go back for another 6 months. I asked you why. You said you believed we were doing the right thing to help protect the south Vietnamese from the Communist. 3 months later, you were dead. I cried at your funeral. 50 years later I still remember you and cry.
