I have been given this man as a project. And I wouldn't have taken anyone else, he is a prime example of those who gave their life to our country. Their actions, responsibility, and contribution to our ideals shall never be forgotten. May they rest in peace. You will be missed sky solder.

Honors and Remembers our fallen heroes from Volusia County. We have a special plaque, listing the names of the fallen. We display our plaque at all formal veteran holidays, chapter meetings, our education program at our local schools, and community outreach locations. Not only have we identified the fallen by name, but I am also creating a tribute to each and everyone listed researching their history, using the Vietnam Virtual Wall, Wall of Faces, the Vietnam Memorial, and much more. Although I never got to meet you, I know you were an amazing man. Thank you for serving and being an honor to our family. May Charles Richard Beall live on forever, and be talked about in DeBary even long after we’re All gone.
