Although I never got to meet you, I know you were an amazing man. Thank you for serving and being an honor to our family. May Charles Richard Beall live on forever, and be talked about in DeBary even long after we’re All gone.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. That you served a second tour in Vietnam attests to your love of country. May you rest in eternal peace.

The war may be forgotten but the warrior will always be remembered. All gave Some-Some gave All. Rest in peace Sky Soldier.

On behalf of all the paratroopers who served with you in the 173rd Airborne Brigade (Separate) and all who followed, we offer our respect and remembrance of your ultimate sacrifice. May you never be forgotten and your family and friends take comfort in your valor in serving.

I remember when you came home from your first tour of duty in Nam. You told me you volunteered to go back for another 6 months. I asked you why. You said you believed we were doing the right thing to help protect the south Vietnamese from the Communist. 3 months later, you were dead. I cried at your funeral. 50 years later I still remember you and cry.
