Blue Corvette

Terry and I became good friends while serving in Fox 2/12 at Charlie 2 just south of Con Tien Viet Nam in 1967. Terry wanted to extend his time in Nam for 6 mos.whereupon you got an immediate thirty day leave and some cash.I tried to talk him out of that but this mind was made up. All he could talk about was going home and buying a Corvette. He did buy the Vette it was Blue as i recall. He got back showed me the pictures and told me the stories. I dont believe he was back in country 30 days before he was K.I.A..We all were devasted to say the least. Rest in Peace my long time friend you will always be a fond memory tucked deep. Semper Fi my Brother

Thank You

Dear PFC Terry Leach, Thank you for your service as a Field Artillery Cannoneer. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Spring! For many of us, we have begun Lent. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
