I remember so vividly the day you were shipped out. Robert and I were your next door neighbor. You gave us a ride in your Torino before handing the keys over to Rita. I wished I could have gotten to know you better. I was shipped out a year and half after you fell. You are missed to this day brother! Thank you for your service/sacrifice!

My little brother
Larry, I remember so many things about you as my little brother. You were so funny, stubborn, loving and best friend to everyone who knew you. And, you aggravated me with your constant singing. Turns out, I sure miss hearing you sing. I dreamed about your death the week before you died. It was very confusing because the Viet Cong kept shouting trick or treat as they fired at you. It came to pass that you died on mom's birthday, Halloween, Oct. 31, 1969. I've felt your presence many times and always felt you were my gaurdian angel. Wish you'd have come back to us. We have a lot of catching up to do. If you haven't seen him already, please look for my little Timmy. He joined the hosts of heavenly angels 12 years ago and he'll be able to catch you up on family news. Love you and miss you so much.

Thank you PFC Baugh
Larry, remembering you this Memorial Day, 2020. I was young when you were killed in that God awful war. But, I remember you. I’ve never seen my Mom and Dad weep as they did upon learning of your death. Thank you for your service, Private. Linda Pfisterer Johnson.
