Thank You

Dear Lt Frederick Kulicke, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander. I researched you on the 51st anniversary of the start of your tour, and this Saturday is your 51st anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear 2LT Frederick W Kulicke III, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter

Your RTO

I was Lt Kulicke Radio Telephone Operator in the Mekong Delta, South Vietnam. We served together with C CO 2nd BN 39th Inf 9th INF DIV. I was with him the day he got shot and died on the Battlefield. I will always remember his Bravery and insistance to carrier out our Mission. He was a very determine soldier who expected team work and excellence on the Battlefield. He was a very serious man and very strong leader of his men. I will always remember him and pray for all my fellow soldiers who died on the battlefield in South Vietnam.
