Remembering Robert
Kotik was a perfectionist in a world of chaos. Robert got a bottle of whiskey for Christmas 1966 and we shared it on top of Payable Hill overlooking the Rockpile. He was killed on the assualt of hill 881 south while he was blasting away with all his heart and soul. He always talked about how much he loved his mom in MCKees Rocks. He was a man, a warrior and I admired him greatly.
