Thank You

Dear Sgt James Knowles, Thank you for your service as a Medical Corpsman with the 1st Cavalry. Thank you for the lives you saved. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy New Year in heaven. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

I was only two when I attended his funeral

I was to young to remember my cousin Dennis. His dead had a very big impact on my mom. In later years, I remember my mom pulling out his obituary clipping from the paper and cry. When I think of Memorial Day or Standing for the National Anthem, His sacrifice always comes to mind.

Thank you Dennis for your service to our Country. You are gone but not forgotten.
