Gone but not forgotten!

From John Klos: Gone but never forgotten. We shall see you brother Ron later on today, in Almighty God's Timing.

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:4

“For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.” 1 Thessalonians 4:14

In Memorial

I’m 75 years old, two years younger than Ronald would be if he were still alive. I am his second cousin. Ron’s maternal grandmother and mine were sisters. I don’t remember ever meeting him, though it’s likely we were both at some family funerals when we were kids. In 1972, I moved to Canada, where I'm living, still. As a young woman, I didn’t have to worry about being drafted, but I went there anyway - more for personal than political reasons. Some time ago, I became interested in genealogy and came across records of the Klos family. I discovered that Ronald had died many years ago in the war of our youth. It made me so sad. All conflict ends at last. RIP, my cousin.

Thank You

Dear Sp4 Ronald Klos, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the 12th Day of Christmas, Merry Christmas and happy New Year in heaven. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
