THE WALL OF FACES

On this day when I listen to the tributes to those brave men we lost in Normandy, France, I think of you. A hero whose mia bracelet I worn for many many years. As long as I am alive, you are not forgotten. I visited the wall in DC and found your name. God bless them all.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. I am heartened you returned home after the passage of so many years though I wish it had been under very different circumstances. May you rest in eternal peace.

I had the honor to say your name during the 40th anniversary commemoration of the Wall. May you rest in peace.
