Dear Glen, Third Battalion, Platoon 3171 MCRD, Honor Platoon, 1969. I was a fellow recruit in boot camp with you. You were always squared away and had it together. We had SSgt.Anderson, head drill instructor along with SSgt.Watson, they were outstanding Marines. I know you are in Heaven with Jesus and may God grant you eternal life. Thank you. SEMPER FIDELIS

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you Glen Charles Klein, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and your most holy sacrifice given to this great country of ours!

Your Spirit is alive--and strong, therefore Marine, you shall never be forgotten, nor has your death been in vain!

Dear Glen,
I am a high school student doing a project for our history class. I consists of posting
remembrances for those who died in the Vietnam War. I saw that you didn't have any
and I think you deserve one, so here it is: I want to thank you for being so brave by
fighting for our country. I am proud of your loyalty and courage, though I am sorry that
this war cost you your life. I don't know if I'd ever be as brave as you were. Thank you
