GRAZIE MICHELE
My girlfriend found your name on the Vietnam memorial…..she was drawn to your name cause we share the same family name.
Even if not related, everybody should recognize a friend or a relative on that long wall, so I found an unknown friend,
a friend I would like to talk to and listen to his stories ….. and even if we can’t here your voice …. I’ll make sure that your memory will be passed to my nieces,so that the extreme sacrifice you offered to your country will be never forgotten and you’ll live as long as we’ll live.
Grazie Michele

do not stand at my grave and weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
I am not there. I do not sleep.
