Norm Kidd was a good guy and a good helicopter pilot. He and his buddy Jack Dodson had just arrived from Ft. Bragg with
the 1st Aviation Brigade, when they were killed in a mid-air collision near Bear
Cat. Norm and Jack were two of the most popular pilots in the company.
