Rodney, I served with you at Kaneohe Bay Hi in 1960,s. You were a great demolitions teacher. I will always remember how you commanded respect for your abilities and love of the corps. Your calm quiet demeanor and warm Hawaiian hospitality and willingness to share your culture with us is and will always be remembered. You pop into my head every once in a while and after speaking of you I decided to try and find you. As I know know you gave the ultimate sacrifice in service country and knowing you as I did also know also to the men in your command. Rest In Peace old friend.

Dear SSgt Rodney Kiaha, Thank you for your service as an Atomic Demolition Employment Technician. I researched you on your 51st anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Thanksgiving just passed, so this is the perfect time to say thanks. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
