in sincere gratitude
Ernest E. Bartolina, Jr.
I feel everyone here needs some acknowledgement of their ultimate sacrifice for our country. You had a life that deserved many more years. You left behind people who loved you and who, I imagine still feel the pain of your loss to this day. I hope they have comfort in knowing you are at rest and that they will someday see you again in a much better place.
Your courage and efforts in Vietnam will never be forgotten in my heart and in a multitude of others who have the upmost respect and honor for the soldiers who lost their lives there.
in Peace always

Ernie Bartolina - my brother

I have met and been acceepted by the Purple Foxes as part of their "family". The amount of tears and hugs and love that was shared there was absolutely unbelievable....if you can reach out to people you might find on the internet, people who knew your loved one, in the long run, you will not regret it....go search and hopefully find the peace, love and memories that I have....Semper Fi
