Thank you for your service
My parents were doing missionary work in Florida earlier in this year and found this bracelet in thrift store along with several items in a small box. They showed the bracelet to me today during our family Christmas party. I was blown away to learn of its significance after doing a little bit of internet research. I am grateful for my parent to have found this bracelet, so that I could learn of this brave man's sacrifice. I am glad that he finally made it home in 2012 and can rest in peace. Many prayers and appreciation - Gary (a fellow Airman)

Thank You
Dear LTC Wendell Keller, Thank you for your service as a Tactical Fighter Pilot. I am glad you were identified in 2012, Welcome Home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. We are approaching Thanksgiving. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Veterans Day 2019
I wore Major Keller’s MIA bracelet like so many of you. I feel a bond with all of you. I feel grateful he and his co-pilot have been found. I feel so sad that we lost so many wonderful men. Rest In Peace Wendell.

M.i.a lost but found my Unknown Soldier and hero
William R Keller was the particular man I prayed for and worried about the 70s probably but sadly wearing his p o w bracelet for years bearing his name. Thinking of him recently, due to the passing and loss of Senator John McCain. Remember him serving and suffering for our country. I look into Wendell R Keller. And found that his remains have been discovered and brought home to rest in 2012. 43 years later. After his plane was shot down in Vietnam. What a great finding. Condolences to the family.. your home, rest in peace....1934-1969

I've read your story, I feel your family's pain....
I recently read Michael's story about his family's loss of this brave warrior, and I feel your pain. My father is Air Force Col. Lawrence William Whitford, who was also shot down over Laos, on November 2nd of 1969...I am still waiting for my father and his copilot's remains to be returned so that we too, can honor him with a burial in Arlington Cemetary.
I know that the return of your dad doesn't take away the pain and grief your family surely endured, but I know everyone who ever met him must remember him as the brave and selfless man that I've read he was...Take pride in this.
