Richard Jurcak a man to be remembered

Richard Jurcak was a member of the 3rd Battalion, 12th infantry, fourth division, company A, during the Vietnam war. He was a graduate from Warwick Veterans High School and was a leader and Innovator in his group of friends. He died on March 10 1967 in Vietnam. We thank him for his Sacrifice for our lives. He was a friend, a son, a peer and most of all he was a hero.
I am Richard Casey from Bishop Hendricken High School. I am researching Richard A Jurcak for my Vietnam Experience class. Richard, or Ricky as his friends call him has been previously researched in this class and his name has been put up on the wall and I am looking for more information about Ricky and the life he lived to create a poster in his memory. If you have any information or know anyone that might please contact me at [email protected] or at (401)-884-3888.

Thanks for your help
Richard Casey

Never to be forgotten

I am a student at Bishop Hendricken High School who has been researching the fallen serviceman Richard Jurcak. From what I've gathered, he was a couragous soldier who was deeply loved by his friends and family. His herosim will never be forgotten in the years that come, and I will always be grateful for what he did for this country. If anyone has information regarding Richard please contact me. Thank you.

I Remeber the Guitar Days

Ricky, I remember the days up in your room when You, Vinny Falso, Bobby Clark, and Myself were playing guitars, and banging drums and having a blast.I remember the Vespa motor scooter. I read your name every Memorial Day and Veterans Day at our Memorial Service at the Vets Cemetary in Exeter.I always add "My Friend" before the name. I am also a Viet Vet, and a member of Chapter 325 of the V.V.A. You will always be remembered as long as I draw a breath. Thank You for your sacrifice, service, and most of all your friendship. WELCOME HOME BROTHER!
