honoring you...

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Parishioner

Remembering you and your brother with fondness and your sacrifice with gratitude. We all were parishioners who attended and graduated from St Louis the King grade school (Detroit, Michigan). May God bless you and grant you eternal peace. You are not forgotten!

Dear Brother

Harold, I miss you so much. When you joined the Marines, and I joined the Air Force our leaves back home never were at the same time so I never saw you again. You are in my thoughts everyday my brother and I pray you are in Heaven with Mom, Dad and our brother Butch, I know we will finally be together again in our heavenly home when I pass. I love you and have missed you more than words can say. Thank you for your extreme sacrifice. Jim

Thank You

Dear Sgt Harold Junga, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 50th anniversary is soon, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Halloween is in 3 days. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear SGT Harold Joseph Junga, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
