Thank You
Dear Cpl Sterling Jones, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 73rd birthday just passed, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Halloween is soon. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

I Miss Him All The Time
Sterling was straight arrow most of the time. It seemed that when we were together something always happened. Car wreck in a V. W. Beetle when it stopped. No one was in the car but me. We went to look for Sterling, and he was under the car. All he had was a burnt chin and a broken leg. The rest of the time we cruised around in my '57 Chevy, chasing girls and drinking 3.2 beer from the Beer Garden at Ft. Benning, GA.
