Bootcamp Buddies

Larry and I were in the same Bootcamp Platoon (3306) at MCRD San Diego from the beginning of August to the end of October 1966.

It has been almost 40 years since he and I put our slimey civilian shoes in to those infamous Yellow Footprints. Today (02/07/06) I am going through my Bootcamp Graduation book to see if there are some of my brother "Boots" who suffered casualities way back when in that God-forsaken country. Sadly I see his name. I promise to visit his place of honor on The Wall when I next go to Washington, DC.

I would be honored to correspond with anyone who knew this brave Marine warrior.

Semper Fidelis Marine. Keep the gates of Heaven guarded and we will have a grand reunion when it is my time to leave this vale of tears.
