Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from fellow soldier Chuck Wygal is touching. As long as you are remembered you will remain in our hearts forever....

I had the honor of serving with John in Vietnam. He was a “buddy” who I will never forget. I have been wanting to write something here for a long time, but it is hard and still emotional after all of these years.
I was with John 50 years ago today the day before he was killed by enemy activity. His country called him to serve and he did so with honor. My thoughts and prayers go out John, a valued friend.
