Carey: It broke my heart to read your name on The Wall in DC in 1982. You were the dress blues winner out of our platoon back in March of 1967...and I was just behind you in the competition. The better man won them though, and it saddens me to know that your life was cut short. I'm so sorry for your untimely death. I'll catch up with you one of these days, and we'll swap Boot Camp memories of Platoon 236. Dennis
