You have been missed

Dear Mike - I never really knew you as a kid but I knew when you were gone from our little neighborhood on Carol Road. We all felt the void and we knew something had happened. You were one of the first soldiers to leave for the Vietnam war.
When I was a little older, Mom told me about you. She/we never forgot. We never will. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the sacrifice you made for our country and our freedom. We will never forget you. Know that you stay in our hearts and in our thoughts and know that your family is in our prayers. We are all forever grateful.

Our days at St Xavier HS

Mike, I remember our days at St X with great fondness. We didn’t hang out together but we had both attended St Pius before heading to X. Your death has stayed with me as I was serving 70-76. I have been to the Wall and saw your name. You will NEVER be forgotten. I know you were welcomed in heaven as the hero you are. Hope to see you on the other side.

Thank You

Dear Sp4 Stanley Jamrozy, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It's the end of summer. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering Mike, a guys guy

Mike was one of those guys not particularly admired by his high school teachers but I think he was certainly liked by his classmates. I often think about he and the other guys who gave it all. I wonder what their life would be like today had they had the opportunity to make it home after their service days. We all lost a good one in Mike
