Captain Wayne Irsch

I am 80 years old and have had the bracelet honoring that wonderful man since they were first issued….50+ years ago? It sit on a shelf by my kitchen sink and he is thought of with each glance of his name.

Not forgotten

I wore the POW/MIA bracelet for Captain Irsch for a long, long time, and I still have it. He was on my mind when I visited the Vietnam Memorial in DC. I wish blessings to his family, loved ones and friends. Wayne Irsch, you are not forgotten, and your sacrifice for this country is not forgotten.

Still thought of. . .

Cleaning out an old jewelry box I came across my old POW bracelet that I wore until it was ready to break. You are not forgotten Capt. Wayne Irsch all these years later.

Wore your bracelet

I wore your bracelet during my high school years. I still have it, and I ordered a new one with your name on it. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Wayne Irsch Memory

Think of you and your bravery many times over the decades. Fond memory of the Bob Hope Christmas Show at Ubon, Dec 14, 1967, I recall. We met you there and enjoyed Hope's comedy, also Raquel Welch. Those were difficult days for us and you were and still are our Hero. Thanks, maybe we meet again someday.......
