AIR MUSEUM POW/MIA BRACELET DISPLAY

I am the Curator of the POW/MIA Bracelet Display in the Vietnam Hangar of the Palm Springs Air Museum in Palm Springs, California where we now have over two thousand bracelets and would be honored to include your bracelet in our Display. If you are an immediate family member (spouse, fiancé, sibling, child, grandchild, cousin, niece, nephew) or close friend I can order one for the Display in your name.

He was "Sonny" to us

He was my cousin and we knew him as Sonny. His parents never got to know that his remains were found, as they had passed by then. We had always wondered what had happened as little detail was known at the time. I am truly grateful that dedicated people kept searching for our MIAs. We are forever in their debt.

POW Bracelet

Back in the early or mid 1970s my mom bought me a POW bracelet to wear in order to remember those who had not returned from Vietnam. I was a young teen at the time, but always kept the bracelet. As I was going through old photos and momentos, I found my bracelet! I googled his name and found this update!! While I am saddened that Captain Barnes did not survive, I am glad his remains were returned. May he Rest In Peace. Thank you for your service. Respectfully, Joyce
