Remembering a Crew Chief

If it were not for Rory's heroism, I would not be here! Although the pilots rotated amongst all of the company's aircraft, Rory's (tail number 956) was one of the best maintained. He was very professional and it has been my honor to have known and flown with him! I still think about him nearly every day even after all these years.

A Hero

This memorial weekend I am reminded that
"All gave some and some gave all".
My uncle lost his life at the young age of 20 fighting in The Vietnam War. He is our families hero and I am so sad that I never got to meet him.

In our memories forever

I did not know Rory, but my husband was also with Rory the night before and moments before his flight took off. My husband carried the grief of Rory's loss throughout his life. He wore Rory's name on his vest for years. My husband is now gone too but Rory and Jerry are now together again, brothers forever. My family and I will also remember Rory's name and the ultimate sacrifice he and so many others gave for all of us forever.
God Bless all our military and their families.
