For your family

I saw NICK BNH's post today. I am the daughter of a WWII vet who also died too young. Although, I didn't lose family in Vietnam I lost friends. I chose, last year, to partner with an organization which is serving the needs of today's returning combat vets. This period of remembrance has renewed my own need to honor those soldiers like your uncle. I just wanted to let you know that he is remembered daily by his bracelet which I still proudly wear. He is loved, honored and missed in Texas

I have thought of you so often....

As a little girl, I wore your bracelet every day and night.... the black within the engraving wore out. But not your name and rank, and the day you went MIA. Always hoped I'd google and find that you had somehow made it home.... my son lives in DC.... I will visit your memorial, and pay a much deserved tribute. Rest In Peace Tony. You were taken much too young.... thank you for your service.
