honoring you...
A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Cpl Hopkins... My 2nd Cousin
Cpl.Hopkins,M.M. was my mothers cousin, they were raised together in South Carolina. I have his "PURPLE HEART with GOLD STAR" and 2 other medals. Please if anyone has a photo of him in action in Vietnam I beg of you to please send me a copy by email if you can. My mom loved him so much and they were more like brother and sister instead of cousins. That's how close they were. I would love to be able to tell my mom that I have more information on him and possibly more photos besides just this one which she has and has cherished more then I could tell you. Thank you all for reading this and I pray somebody will be able to help me... SEMPER FI !!!
