Still Remembered

I remember Gen. Hochmuth as a gentleman and a fine officer. I remember his family, a wife and two daughters. I was an MP on the gates and later a student at C&E School. The General had a gentle sense of humor with his family and was easily approachable by non-rated personnel like me. I respected him, and I felt badly for his family.
