I remember Victor on his way home from getting his uniform from the cleaners . Victor lived in 500 stone avenue and we lived in 512 stone. I went with my mother to see his mother after we learned that he died in a helicopter crash in Vietnam. The following month my cousin LCPL Fredrick W Bivens was killed in action as a marine rifleman .

You are not Forgotten
Victor: You gave the Ultimate Sacrifice
If any Family members or Friends of Victor reads this I am looking for a Picture of him to send to W.DC. For the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall.
It would be nice to have a Picture to put with his Name.
